The following terms and conditions apply:

All contracts between ne14 design and the client will be governed by English law.
The client must pay ne14 design the fixed fee, prior to design work commencing.
Payment shall be made through PayPal, who offer secure online payment options.
For non UK customers: PayPal will use today's exchange rate to convert the fee to your currency.
The client owns the copyright of the final chosen logo design only, not any of the prior concepts or versions supplied for selection/revision.
ne14 design retains the right to display the final logo (or other design work) in its online portfolio.
ne14 design offers a full money back guarantee. In such a case the copyright of any designs supplied to the client remains with ne14 design, and subsequent use of the logo is in breach of copyright laws.
The timescale of four business days for initial design concepts is a target time only. ne14 design accepts no liability for failure to meet the timescale, but will endeavour to do so.
